I must confess that while I am not a science or engineering major, I can still appreciate nerdy quips and shows about nerds. My favorite, by far, is The Big Bang Theory. There’s nothing like getting home from my Friday class, work, and errand-running to watch the previous Thursday’s TBBT episode. With a super cool cast like the production has, it was only the most perfect thing for them to do a flash mob on their set while they taped an episode with the audience. The song of choice? “Call Me Maybe” by pop sensation Carly Rae Jepsen.

Here’s what The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco had to say about it: “Hello to our awesome Big Bang fans! Finally the moment has come… All my dreams have come true… Yes, my dream to have a live, full out, dance routine for the world to see, has finally happened… I present to you… The Big Bang Theory Flash mob! (This literally was the best night of my entire life) Enjoy!!” Posted on their Facebook page, Kaley also mentioned that it was her sister who choreographed the piece.

If you The Big Bang Theory fans out there were expecting the awesome Jim Parsons, aka Dr. Sheldon Cooper, to dance, you are mistaken! However, he did definitely add his humor with his final quip of “Bazinga!” You just gotta love that Sheldon Cooper.
